In the Miss Christina video, members of the Italian band Sestomarelli decided to be replaced by look-a-like puppets, interacting with actress, dancer and performer Rebecca Valentino. Albeit apparently dedicated to a woman, the song is about the side effects of ambition and pride. It was composed by Alessandro Aliprandi and Roberto Carminati but the final arrangement is the result of the collaborative effort from all of the five musicians: Roberto Carminati (vocals); Alessandro Aliprandi (guitar, mandoline, backing vocals); Alessandro Muscillo (bass); Mariela Valota (violin); Simone Danesi (drums).
Sestomarelli debuted in 2013 with the album Acciaierie e Ferriere Lombarde Folk, followed by Possibilmente (2015); Canzoni Scritte da Altri (2017); Fra l’Amore e il Rumore (2019).
