Check out our exclusive interview below.

Idols 2 Rivals: If you didn’t become a musician, what would you be doing right now?

Adom: I would be a chef! I love cooking and working in various restaurants. I enrolled in the CIA, and then I landed the job with Boston; it was A game-changer.

I2R: How did your career start?

Adom: I was writing and producing music for a project with my Father, the lead singer of BOSTON at the time. The project didn’t last long after founding member Tom Scholz heard the music. The rest is history, four songs on a Boston album, and two tours that followed.

I2R: When you’re working, what inspires you, or what do you draw inspiration from?

Adom: Art and movies. I’m a huge fan of movies and fine art. One of my best experiences was when I visited the Louvre in Paris. The energy that came from the paintings and art was overwhelming, and it opened up a very creative portal in my mind.

I2R: What do you feel is the best song you’ve ever released and why?

Adom: I feel the best song has not been released yet from me. Every time I write a new track, it’s my best until another one pops into my head, a game-changer.

Check out Adom’s latest single, “FAME,” below.

I2R: Which musician would you like to collaborate with next?

Adom: That’s a tough one to answer, being there are so many great musicians. However, I think Max Martin and I would write many amazing songs together.

I2R: If you can have your fans remember one thing about you, what would it be?

Adom: I’m interested in everyone’s life and journey. Everyone is unique and special, and it’s a blessing to get to know so many people because of my industry.

I2R: What got you into music?

Adom: My father. One of the best vocalists on the planet. I’m lucky I am grateful I’m half as good as him as a singer.

I2R: If you could date any other musician (Or celebrity), who would it be and why?

Adom: I wouldn’t choose a musician, and I should keep that business side away and separate. I couldn’t imagine that working out too well. I don’t have crushes, but Jenifer Lawrence is easy on the eyes.

I2R: Do you think you could get any better as a musician? And if so, how would you achieve that?

Adom: HELL YES. (No pun intended)I’m just getting started.

Continue working, collaborating, and learning from other artists. There is always a Different perspective on a song; you never know what will come.

I2R: If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?

Adom: DO NOT GIVE UP. PERSEVERANCE.

I’m releasing a single called “Don’t Give Up” soon. Do what you love and have passion for it, and you’ll be a much happier person.
