Johannes Wirth, singer-songwriter from Hanover, released his new single “Nur zusammen” on December 18th, 2020. This was created together with pianist Jonas Derksen and is intended to draw the listener’s attention back to the fact that we can only solve the problems that concern us all together. Especially in the current time it is important to maintain the respectful dialogue and not to let rifts deepen.
He is often described as a very empathetic and sensitive person. Johannes Wirth writes beautiful, vulnerable and intimate songs, which he arranges together with his friends and with great attention to detail. Sometimes he raps, sometimes he sings to minimalist beats – and thus provides a breath of fresh air in the current German pop scene.
The newcomer, who lives in Berlin, achieved an above-average number of views and likes with his first two single releases – and so the elaborate music video for “Nur zusammen” aims to continue and expand this line of success.
After his Hanover anthem (2018), Johannes Wirth is back this year and in preparation for his album and promises: We will hear more from him – his path has only just begun.
