KJ: I just tune in to the energy. I like solving the riddle and feeling the vibe of what can be channeled through the abundance of potential within it. The feeling of singing or playing something that slaps is addictive and empowering
I2R: Is there any advice you would like to give your younger self for coming into the music industry or something to help the songwriting/producing process?
KJ: Never stop if u really want it. Inertia is everything. Organize yourself. Get a lawyer. Stay humble but a warrior. Believe
I2R: What’s the meaning of your track “Trap Betty Baby”?
KJ: Trap Betty represents and honors the gravity and power of the raw female energy. No matter how dangerous she may be, or how much baggage she may carry; I still can’t resist her magic.
