Dance-pop artist and EDM newcomer Cavadro is making waves with his emotionally charged and rhythmically infectious debut single “Looking For You” — the first glimpse of his upcoming album First Touch. Cavadro’s journey into music began in childhood, raised in a home where the radio played like a member of the family. With no formal training or professional mentors, he taught himself the basics using free software, a secondhand laptop, and a DIY spirit that continues to shape his sound today. “Even back then, I knew this wasn’t just a hobby,” he says. “Music was the path I was meant to be on.”
Though he started by crafting beats and remixes, a turning point came when he discovered the power of songwriting. “Writing my own lyrics changed everything. Expressing my personal emotions in music gave me a whole new connection to what I was creating,” he shares.
“Looking For You” is the embodiment of that connection; a melodic exploration of longing, hope, and the unshakable belief in finding true love. The accompanying music video was filmed in Paphos, Cyprus, known as the island of Aphrodite; the Greek goddess of love. Directed by Maciej Gas and produced by Cypridise, the visual features a breathtaking backdrop of sunlit beaches and crystal-clear waters, starring a Top 10 finalist from Miss Polonia 2022. “Cyprus was the perfect location to capture the dreamy and romantic feel of the track,” Cavadro explains.
Sonically, Cavadro’s style fuses elements of dance, pop, and electronic with an uplifting tone ideal for beach drives, sunset parties, and twilight strolls. “My sound is all about love, desire, and those moments you want to remember forever,” he says.
