Here is what Buford Pope had to say about the song, “This song came to mind after I ended up in a Miami Florida hospital. I was supposed to be spending the time with my family enjoying the beach and the sun, instead I spent 9 days, including New Years eve, with a serious illness. Upon returning home it became apparent to me just how fragile life can be and how much I appreciated my health. I also realized that without life’s setbacks it becomes difficult to recognize the good times!”
